Terms and guarantee

What we promise, in the words we will be held to.

Plain English, and short enough to read. Where this page and any other page disagree, this one is what we mean.

01

The guarantee

Your plan carries a set number of placements each quarter: two on Access, three on Growth, five on PRO, fifteen on Agency, and a number agreed with you on Enterprise. A placement is a written feature, an interview, or an appearance, published through our own titles, our partner magazines, or our network.

We choose the title and we are responsible for placing each one. You are told which title has it before anything is written, every piece is labeled the way the publishing title requires, and you read and approve it before it runs.

A placement counts the moment we assign a title and work begins. We do not promise how any single piece performs. Unused placements do not roll over. Pooling across profiles starts at PRO; on Growth the quarter runs against one profile at a time.

02

Billing and cancellation

Cards are charged through Stripe, so your payment method, receipts, and cancellation live in your own billing portal, and billing runs on your signup date — weekly, monthly, or yearly from the day you joined. Weekly and monthly come to the same yearly total; fifty two weekly charges cost the same as twelve monthly ones. Annual is the only cheaper option, with two months free.

The launch offer takes 20% off your first period. There is no contract and no notice period. Cancel from inside the portal at any time. If nothing has been counted that quarter, your plan simply ends with the current billing period. Once a placement has been counted, cancellation takes effect at your next billing period — the current period is charged and not refunded — and every counted placement is still written, approved, and published.

03

Approval and labeling

Nothing reaches an editor without your approval. Guardrails hold any draft carrying a figure with no source, a superlative you cannot evidence, an image with no rights note, or a claim that contradicts your locked boilerplate.

Where a publishing title requires a disclosure, it is applied, and you see it before the piece runs.

04

Your data and your list

Your media list, contacts, pitches, replies, coverage, and every receipt export as CSV whenever you ask, including after you cancel. Assets export at full resolution and your boilerplate is yours to keep.

If your press page runs on your own domain it keeps serving while you decide what to do next.

05

What is ours

Copy, imagery, layout, and the software itself remain ours and are not licensed for reuse or for training models. Everything you put into your account, and everything written about you, is yours.

06

Changes

If we change a plan's price or its included placements, existing accounts keep their terms for the quarter they are in and we tell you before the next one starts.

Questions before you start are answered on the Questions page, and the plan limits these terms refer to are set out on Pricing.
